and

LIBINGAN

Becoming Peter Pan: Storybook Shadow Theater for Kids
MWF, 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. The Forum

Even Peter Pan knew the value of his own shadow. Discover all the wonderful things you can do with yours.

This class focuses on developing acting and movement skills as well as imagination and creativity through shadow theater. Students will learn how to tell stories and create characters by forming shapes and figures with their own hands and bodies, and by crafting and manipulating simple shadow puppets. The class will culminate in a storybook inspired mini-production showcasing the children’s skills both as young actors and as shadow puppeteers.

Dates: April 13, 15, 25, 27, 29 and May 2, 4, 6, 9, 11, 13, 16
Culminating Activity: May 18
Price: P 7,450.00

Superhero Art: Cool Drawing and Crafts for Kids
MWF, 2:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. Children’s Section

Walk in the shoes of your favorite superheroes, for a few hours every week.

From Aang of Avatar to Ben 10 to Power Spies, children look up to and idolize their favorite superheroes. The Superhero Art class will provide students with opportunities to sketch their favorite heroes and make superhero gear such as utility belts, masks, and badges. The class will culminate in a short skit where the students will wear their creations and play the role of their favorite superheroes to the hilt.

Dates: April 13, 15, 25, 27, 29 and May 2, 4, 6, 9, 11, 13, 16
Culminating Activity: May 18

Camp Rock: Singing and Songwriting for Kids and Teens
MWF, 2:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m, The Forum

Dance to your own beat. Hum your own tune. Sing words that are you came up with!

For most young people, singing and songwriting are natural skills. They hum while playing, put their stories into a rhythm, and easily think up of alternative lyrics to popular songs when they forget the real lyrics. Camp Rock will harness the natural singer and songwriter in our students and allow them to express the melodies that are in their heads, put their sweet and silly ideas into song lyrics, and joyfully express themselves through music. The class will culminate in a short concert showcasing the students’ original compositions.

Dates: April 13, 15, 25, 27, 29 and May 2, 4, 6, 9, 11, 13, 16
Culminating Activity: May 18
Price: P 7,450.00
