Promo runs from November 20 to December 15, 2009

1. Submit your SM Advantage Card application form at the Customer Service Counter of SM Department Store or SM Supermarket Rosario, Cavite. Application form must be submitted between November 20 to
December 15, 2009.

2. Each Cash Coupon entitles you to P50 off on every P500 purchase. Limited to a maximum of six (6) Cash Coupons per transaction. Cash Coupons are redeemable only in SM Department Store Rosario, Cavite.

3. Cash Coupon does not apply to items purchased at Snack Exchange, Camera Shop and Customer Service Counter, and also to items like chemicals, batteries, toiletries, diapers, pharmacy, small appliances, business machines and other promo items.
