Hi everyone! Thanks for always visiting my blog I truly appreciate it each visit and I do hope that I was able to return the favor back. I am making a quick post just to let you know that I will be holding a giveaway in celebration of my upcoming blog anniversary or also known as blogiversary. Yes you heard me right; it has been almost a year since I have started this blog. Could you still remember why I came up with this blog Up Now and What’s Next?

Just to give you a brief background, I have created this blog because back then my primary blog, Life Can’t Wait, was mistakenly identified by blogger as spam blog. I was so frustrated that time because it was just my few months stay at Blogger, I was at Live Journal back then. And by that time I was able to establish and gain some great followers that eventually became my friends from the blogosphere. But just one day, poof! I could not access it anymore :( I got a message that it was identified as a spam blog and along with that, there were steps that you can do to prove and regain access to your blog. Of course, I did that immediately but I think it took more than a week before I was able to access my blog again. Honestly, I was losing my hope on gaining it back as I am not receiving any response from Blogger at all. I felt like it was some kind of sports bet where the chances that I got was little. So there, I immediately created this and hurriedly informed my contacts what happened. Good thing, they have been supporting me all throughout. But like what I have mentioned, the downtime took more than just a week. My site came back up and running! But since I already put my effort and passion in creating this blog, I have decided to maintain both. I put all the alerts such as promos, giveaways, discounts that I have stumbled online here in this blog and leaving all my personal stuffs on my primary blog, Life Can’t Wait and for me that was effective. Now I am looking at the downtime as blessing in disguise because I was able to organize my primary blog and still I was able to join giveaways and share information like promos, events and whatnot. I have learned too that you don’t always have a little chance on everything like on sports; you just have to choose your game!

Mommy Milkshake Marathon Year 4

We are happy and proud to announce our 4th year of organizing this great and fun celebration of breastfeeding and motherhood, MOMMY MILKSHAKE 2010 is happening on August 8, 2010, Sunday at the Bonifacio Global City. August is World Breastfeeding Month and what better way to kick off the month than by spending time outdoors with our families and reminding everyone that for babies, the breast is better than rest! :)

We are only giving out bibs up to number 400 this year so we hope you’ll sign up now before we run out of slots. The run is open to babies, toddlers, kids, moms, moms-to-be, dads, grandparents, and anyone who believes in supporting the cause of breastfeeding in our country! Registration fee is P200 for adults, P100 for kids 3-16 years old. Babies below 3 can join for free.
