Mechanics:
1. For every P500.00 purchase worth of any Soda Stream products at all Hobbes and Landes outlets nationwide, customers are entitled of one (1) raffle stub for a chance to win a package trip for 2 in Palawan PLUS pocket money.
2. Promo period is from March 15 – May 15, 2011. Deadline of submission of entries is until May 15, 2011, closing of business hours.
3. Draw date will be on May 28, 2011 (2:00pm) at Max Ideas Marketing Corporation Main office, #8 University Ave., Ext., Potrero, Malabon City.
4. Lucky Winner will win a 3 days and 2 nights Palawan Package Trip, which include the following:
• Airfare for 2
• 3 days and 2 nights at The Legend Hotel in Puerto Princesa, Palawan - on twin sharing package, with these inclusions:
- Double room accommodation
- Daily buffet breakfast for 2
- Welcome Drinks / Leis
- Souvenirs
• P 10,000.00 pocket money for the winner only
• Free service transport from airport to hotel - vice versa
• Free use of other hotel facilities
• Free environment workshops, tree planting with Certificate of Appreciation/Dedication
• Payment for Phil. National Red Cross memberships for the winner and his/her companion – to cover travel insurance

5. Drop boxes are available at all Hobbes and Landes outlets nationwide. Entries shall be dropped at designated drop box from where the purchase was made.
6. Present receipt/s to Soda Stream Promodizer of the outlet where the purchase was made to get the raffle stub. Fill out the stub with the complete name, address, contact #, email address and other important information being asked.

Terms and Conditions:
1. Winner will be notified through registered mail and via phone call.
2. Prizes can be claimed at Max Ideas Marketing Corporation Main Office, #8 University Ave., Ext., Potrero, Malabon City.
For provincial winners, Soda Stream will send the prizes through courier service.
3. Prizes are transferable and nonconvertible to cash.
4. Validity of trip package will be from June – August 2011. Otherwise, it will be forfeited in favor of Soda Stream with prior DTI approval.
5. Not valid on Legal Holidays and from December 1, 2011 – January 31, 2012.
6. The winner should present the original customer’s copy of the raffle stub and a valid I.D. with picture (eg. Company ID, Driver’s License, SSS).
7. Prizes must be claimed within 60 days from the receipt of notification of registered mail. Otherwise, it will be forfeited in favor of Soda Stream with prior DTI approval.
8. The prize tax will be paid by Soda Stream, where applicable. All expenses, aside from above prize inclusions, related to this travel shall be account of the winner.
9. This cannot be availed in combination with other existing promotions.
10. Employees of Max Ideas Marketing Corporation including their relatives up to second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promotion.
