The mechanics of this SHOP A HOME RAFFLE PROMO are as follows:

1. (1) raffle coupon will be given for every Php 5,000.00 (net) worth of single receipt purchase. Only Mandaue Foam retail customers paying cash, check or credit card are qual...ified to join. Trade accounts are not included in this promotion.
2. Employees of Mandaue Foam Showrooms, Factory & Participating outlets including their relatives up to 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promotion.
3. Customers must fill up the raffle coupon with his/her Name, Address, Tel. no. or Mobile no. & affix signature and drop in the specially marked drop boxes located in the respective showrooms. All coupons must be dropped on or before December 29, 2011, 6:59pm.
4. Location of Drop Centers is in all 17 furniture showrooms nationwide
5. Raffle draw will be held on January 10, 2012, 3:00pm at Mandaue Foam Cebu Main Branch, Hernan Cortes Street., Subangdaku, Mandaue with the presence of a DTI representative.
6. Twenty three (23) Lucky winners nationwide will get a chance to win:
First Prize: One (1) lucky winner of p100, 000.00 worth of Mandaue Foam Products
Second Prize: One (1) lucky winner of p50, 000.00 worth of Mandaue Foam Products
Third Prize: One (1) lucky winner of p30, 000.00 worth of Mandaue Foam Products

7. A participant can win only once, if a name wins more than once, he/she gets the bigger prize.
8. Prizes are non-transferable and not convertible to cash.

9. Winners will be notified through a registered mail.

10. Prize tax will be shouldered by Mandaue Foam.

11. Winners must claim in full his/her price at one time to the nearest Mandaue Foam
Furniture Showroom bringing the coupon together with at least (2) two valid IDs’.
12. Redemption/claim period shall be within 60 days from receipt of notification. Otherwise, it will be forfeited.
13. Promo runs from August 30, 2011 to December 29, 2011 only. Per DTI NCR Permit No. Series of 2011.
